If any user details are found to be not wholly or partly true, MHPL has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject the registration and debar the user from using its services without prior intimation whatsoever.'
- MHPL will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent use of a card will be on the user, and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be solely on the user. The user must exclusively use their card on the site.
